Return reasons:
You may return a product purchased from the online store www.blue-nomads.gr for the following cases:
1) Different from the one you ordered (non-defective item - order processing error by www.blue-nomads.gr).
2) You have not unsealed the item but have changed your mind about your final selection (non-defective item).
3) Return for service due to warranty - always according to the manufacturer’s valid warranty period (defective item).
Return terms and procedure for the above cases:
In all cases, the receipt or invoice must be provided together with the product.
1) In the case of returning a non-defective item due to order processing error by www.blue-nomads.gr, shipping costs are fully covered by Blue Nomads! We will ensure that you are immediately supplied with the correct item(s) and in case the item is not available, you will be refunded the amount paid if already prepaid. In this case, please return the incorrect product exactly as you received it.
2) If you changed your mind about your online purchase (non-defective item), you may return it within 7 calendar days from the issuance of the receipt or invoice, provided that the item remains in its original condition as delivered and shows no signs of use. The package must be returned to our company (ALWAYS via courier and delivered to our headquarters). Within 3 business days from receipt and if no damage is found, you may either purchase another product or receive a refund. This category does not include items that were not in stock and were specially ordered upon your request. The refund process is completed immediately once all conditions are met.
3) In case of return for service of a defective item under the manufacturer’s valid warranty period, you may send it to our headquarters for technical inspection. Shipping costs for both sending and returning the defective item are borne by the customer.
